• All event ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.

• If an event is postponed, tickets may either be honored for the new date or refunded at our discretion.

• Tickets cannot be transferred without prior approval from us.
   

5. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability

• Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending an event, including potential injuries, allergic reactions, or property damage.

• The café is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

• By attending, you release our café, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from event participation.

 

6. Event Conduct & Removal Policy

• We reserve the right to remove any attendee for disruptive behavior, intoxication, or violation of event rules.

• Unauthorized recording, photography, or live streaming is strictly prohibited without prior consent.

 

7. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)

• We are not liable for event cancellations or delays due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies.

• In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify attendees and may offer rescheduling options or refunds at our discretion.

 

8. BYOB & Alcohol Liability (If Applicable)

• If the event is BYOB, attendees must be of legal drinking age and drink responsibly.

• We are not responsible for any consequences related to alcohol consumption, including accidents or overconsumption.

 

9. Photography & Media Release

• We may capture photos or videos at events for promotional purposes.

• By attending, you grant us permission to use your image in marketing materials.

 

10. WiFi Usage Policy

• Our café may provide complimentary WiFi access for guests.

• By using our WiFi, you agree not to engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, downloading pirated content, or accessing restricted websites.

• We do not guarantee continuous, secure, or uninterrupted access to our WiFi network and are not responsible for any data loss, security breaches, or service disruptions.

• You assume all risks associated with using an open, public network.

 

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that files available for download are free from viruses or harmful code. You are responsible for implementing security measures and maintaining external backup systems.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the materials on the Site.
